ESCAUX net.PBX runs directly from CD, requires no installation and does not overwrite your harddisk.  Your configuration changes are centrally stored on our servers and become instantly available at every system reboot. Free Edition

The net.PBX Free Edition is a full featured IP PBX system suitable for Business use. You can install and run the Free Edition on your own servers and benefit from a close to zero cost IP PBX system for your company. On Demand commercial support packages are available to assist you with installation or configuration but you can also refer to our net.PBX Community Forum. 

At any moment in time you can decide to migrate towards a Commercial version of our product and benefit from our unmatched Service Level Agreement, Guaranteed response and Repair times.

Communication Edition

Image The Communication Edition offers you all the telephony features you can expect from a Business IP Telephony system. Included features are graphical callflow definition, voicemail, voicemail to email forwarding, call routing as a function of date and time, VOIP trunking for multi-site environments, conferencing, multi vendor IP Phone support and much more.

An annual fee of only 18€ /user is charged for the Communication Edition. Optional Support, Service Guarantees (SLA) and High Availability options are available. More info ...

Convergence Edition

Image The Convergence Edition leverages the true power of Business IP Telephony. Powerfull callflows can be defined in order to route your incoming calls to any user, department, mailbox or application. Seemles integration with your Business Applications like CRM or ERP can be accomplished thanks to either and HTTP/XML based API (Application Programmer Interfaces)  or through Microsoft TAPI.

An annual fee of only 36€ /user is charged for the Communication Edition. Optional Support, Service Guarantees (SLA) and High Availability options are available. More info ...

Call Centre Edition

Image The Call Centre Edition includes everything from Convergence plus full ACD functionality, Call Queues, Agent call recording, multiple auto-attendants and extended real-time and historical reporting.

  • net.Desktop v2.5 released 15:21 - 28.04.2008

    net.Desktop, module version 2.5, has been released. This version contains some smaller bug fixes, adds an extra free form status field and offers improved chat behavior. You are free to activate this version on their system. Make sure to read the release notes.

  • API module - version 2.14 released 15:33 - 24.04.2008

    API, module version 2.14, has been released. This version is required to support future versions of net.Desktop and net.Console. You are free to install this version on your system through the SMP. Make sure to read the release notes.

  • Hitachi IP 5000 auto-configuration 15:50 - 21.04.2008

    For quite some time now the Hitachi IP5000 WiFi phone has been part of our officially supported list of SIP phones. We now added the possibility to auto-configure the phone from within the SMP. This strongly reduces the time needed by our customers and resellers during large Voice over WiFi deployments. Look here for more information.
