Unified Communication Engineer

Your tasks:

You are part of our Service Team and are responsible for the 2nd level of support of unified communication tools. You will learn how to provide services to customer in an ITIL environment and will report to your Service Team Leader on a day to day basis and you are responsible to:

 

  • Resolve customer incidents and problems
  • Make changes in the customer configuration upon customer request
  • Install and replace equipment at customer site
  • Document customer solutions and the ESCAUX UC Solution
  • Pro-actively make suggestions to enhance the performance of the ESCAUX solution
  • Manage the RMA process
  • Test equipment
  • Manage Supplier 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor degree in information technology
  • You have up to 1 year experience and are eager to learn
  • You are used to work in a Linux environment and have a general interest in Open Source software
  • Knowledge of open standards like SIP and related technologies is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • You're enthusiastic about working in a no-nonsense environment of a fast-growing company
  • You want to go the extra mile to make the customer happy

Project Manager

Your tasks:

You are part of our Operations team and are responsible to implement IP Telephony and Unified Communication solution.

More specifically, you will:

 

  • Lead  projects and advise our clients
  • Gather requirements and scope of projects, ensure the projects are aligned with the customer’s and ESCAUX’s strategy
  • Ensure resources, planning and other project reporting are up to date
  • Ensure clear and concise project documents, project plan, resource plan, deliverables and milestones
  • Play the role of Service Manager for our major customers

Your profile:

  • You want to be part of a new revolution in the business communication.
  • You are civil engineer or at least a Bachelor degree in information technology
  • You have up to 3 years experience and are eager to learn from senior colleagues
  • You are used to work in a Linux environment and have a general interest in Open Source software
  • Knowledge of open standards like SIP and related technology is a plus
  • You speak English, French or Dutch fluently (preferably 2 of the 3 languages)
  • You're willing to play in a no-nonsense environment of a fast-growing company

UC Development Engineer

Your tasks:

You are part of our Product Development team and are responsible for the development of smart communication tools and the evolution ESCAUX cloud platform. The ESCAUX development team is working with the SCRUM methodology. You will report to your technical project leader on a day to day basis and you are responsible for end to end product development implementation:

 

  • Product definition scoping. Understand requirement and estimate the complexity
  • Software development & 3rd party software integration
  • Quality assurance (Unit test, integration test, stress test and acceptance test)
  • Product documentation
  • Product Engineering
  • Training and handover of the product to the service team.

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in information technology
  • You have up to 3 years experience and are eager to learn from senior colleagues
  • You are used to work in a Linux environment and have a general interest in Open Source software
  • Knowledge of open standards like SIP and related technology is a plus
  • You are a developer who is language agnostic and you see the language as a tool, not as a goal. The technologies currently being used are:
    • Object Oriented Programming,
    • Networking (TCP/IP),
    • Linux OS,
    • PHP, HTML/CSS, Perl,
    • JavaScript,
    • MySQL,
    • JAVA, C
    • You speak English, French or Dutch fluently (preferably 2 of the 3 languages)
    • You focus on making a product the customer loves

    Account Manager

    Your tasks:

    • You will be a key partner for our partner’s commercial team. Your main role is to motivate them and help them developing their business with ESCAUX.
    • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with our partner(s) and create a positive mindshare and commitment to mutual success.
    • Present and sell ESCAUX’s solution and services to partner/customers
    • Prepare action plans to meet specific sales targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

    • Help our partner(s) to identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    • Present information and solutions to our partner(s)
    • Be an internal account champion, assuring clear and regular communication with key company employees.
    • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly Company sales margins and goals 

    Your profile:

    • You have a University degree in Commercial or Information Technology
    • You have 1 to 3 years experience and are eager to learn
    • You are used to work with IT tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM)
    • You are Dutch native and fluent in French and/or English.
