Annex A : World-wide Geographical and Mobile destinations included in voice package

The list can be changed after notification to the customer for instance in case of changing regulatory conditions. This list can be consulted via the customer intranet. Calls are transported from the customer to the Reseller platform via the internet. Enough bandwidth and quality of service need to be foreseen on this connection in order to have seem-less telephony calls. In case this connection isn.t delivered/managed by Escaux the customer needs to follow the dimensioning rules as implied by Escaux to implement the quality & capacity of his internet connection(s). In case the capacity & quality of Internet Access isn't according to those dimensions and the quality of the calls is acceptable for the customer, calls will be made via the PSTN network using carrier selection. In this case an additional on time charge per call of 0.79 Eurocent and 1.15 Eurocent/minute will be charged for each call made via carrier selection on top of the fixed packaged price/user/month. Minimum per call: 60 seconds
