How to install the App ?

Connect Me 3.x for Android 5 or higher:

• Make sure you are running Android 5 or higher
• Go to the Play Store and search for Escaux
• Install Connect Me
• You will be be asked to enter and the domain name of the server (e.g.: purecloud.connect.fuzer.net) and your login/password

Connect Me Light for Android 4:

• Go to the Play Store and search for Escaux
• Install Connect Me Light
• You will be be asked to enter and the domain name of the server (e.g.: purecloud.connect.fuzer.net) and your login/password
• This light application enables only to receive chats

I don't want to receive my calls on Connect Me for Android, what do I have to do?

You have to disable the ringer on your smartphone to stop receiving your calls on Connect Me for Android.

If you cannot play this video, this is what you have to do to disable the ringer on your smartphone: on your device, go to Settings, Apps, Connect Me, Notifications, App Settings, Ringer (disable).

How to check the installed version ?

Go to "Settings", "Apps", "Connect Me": the application version is displayed at the top.
