User Guide: HylaFSP 4.0 Fax Client

Introduction

HylaFSP is an extremely lightweight client for Microsoft Windows that offers a tightly integrated, completely native faxing experience.

Send a fax

Sending a fax, works like printing a document, or a website, except you print it to a fax machine. You can do it from any application that can print a document, for example a PDF or Word document.

When you reach the printing screen be sure to use the Fax printer as show in the picture below.

Press on OK when you are ready.

You will then have the New Fax windows open. Here you have to fill in the destination number in the 'To:' field, do no forget to use the prefix that you would usually use to call that number.

The subject field will be ignored when you send the fax. Click on 'Send' to send the fax.
