Description

A shared device is :

• a doorphone,
• or a phone installed in a shared environment like meeting room, kitchen,...

When a call is redirected to this device, the device is ringing for a certain time. In case the device is busy, a busy tone is played.

How to request the configuration of a new Shared Device

You've to provide the following information:

• Name of the device
• Device to be connected
• Internal extension Number
• External number (DDI) linked to this device for:
  • incoming calls
  • outgoing calls
