Action parameters

  • name: Enter the name of the resource you want to get information from. E.g SDP40001 or a parameter like ${LastUserPrimaryPhone}.

This action sets the ResName, ResSop1, ResSop2 and ResContext variables which you can use later on in the callflow.

Example of use

This action is useful in large active-active clusters where you need to determine which SOP you need to dial out from to e.g. the emergency number.
