Version 1.0.0 - Early deployment
  • Improvement: Activate presence for some profiles using a global parameter (M10798)
  • Dependency:
    • Database Schema module v1.18.0 or higher
    • Replaces: InitService
    • Breaks: ExecuteCallflow. ExecuteCallflow is deprecated and should not be used. Use MapNumber in combination with CallService.
    • Breaks: CallDevicesByExtension action < 1.11 (optional: if used in the assigned callflow)
    • Breaks: CallUsersByGroup action < 1.14 (optional: if used in the assigned callflow)
    • Breaks: Reserved Global Parameter "MaximumCallDuration" not taken into account. Set in the Asterisk -1.2 or Communication Server module
    • Breaks: Communication Server v3.1.0 until v3.3.2 - when presence enabled - high load due to leftover presence channels (M9545)

Voicemail configuration

  • Set a profile parameter of type STRING named DynamicApplicationVoicemailToEmail for the profiles that needs to be configurable
  • If the profile parameter value is :
    • empty (or parameter does not exists): the global configuration in the Communication Server module applies
    • filled with phone+email: the voicemail recorded in the voice mailbox and an email with the recorded voicemail attached will be sent to the user
    • filled with email: a mail with the recorded voicemail attached will be sent to the user. Nothing will be stored in the voice mailbox.

When an email is sent (phone+email and email):
  • the mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the extension
  • the mail will be sent in the language of the user who is the owner of the extension. By default, the language is English.

Note that voicemail to email should always be enabled in the Communication Server module parameters to be able to send voicemails by email.
