Resource parameters
This probe doesn't generate a graph.
Alarms
This probe can report following alarm states:
- WARNING: any of the individual fans is in warning status after 15 minutes.
- UNKNOWN: the test could not be performed.
Possible causes
- One of the fans is malfunctioning
- Failure to detect fan status
- The fans rotation is too fast
- The fans are not redundant
Possible consequences
The temperature of hardware components is rising (see Ambiant Temperature probe) . It could cause a power off of the machine or/and hardware damage.
