What this report does

This report merges custom cdrs previously fetched from one or multiple sops with the ImportRatingCDRs task.

Report parameters

  • Source Sopkey : cdrdbrep sopkey where the custom cdrs are stored. These cdrs are located in the asterisk_synccdr db table.
  • Report Format : Report format (HTML or CSV).
  • Filter Date : This parameter defines a processing filter according to incoming call date. The report processes custom cdrs generated over 1 day. This field takes the format YYYY-MM-DD and can't be the current date. If left to blank, the report generates cdrs for the previous date.
