This resource allows you to define a net.Supervisor application allowing a call center supervisor to obtain real-time statistics on the system's call queues.

  • Queue configuration section
    • Select the net.Supervisor queues: a multiple select dropdown with which the administrator can select the active queues to be monitored for further data collection by the application.
