Polycom IP330/IP331
Softkeys have a different function depending on the phone's state. For example, the "Transfr" softkey only appears if a call is active.

Invite a third person in the current conversation |
Push on the "Conf" button (the current call is placed on hold), then, compose the number of the third person and push on the "Dial" button. If the third person accept the 3 ways Conference, then push on the "Conf" button |
Voicemail, Call history and Corporate Directory

Press the up/right/down/up navigation buttons. Each button can display an individual list, or they can be combined (eg: received/missed) where the icon in front of the caller information indicates whether the call has been received or missed. If your system supports Connected Line Identification Presentation (COLP), the directory will display the most relevant name and number information. For received calls, the name and the number associated with the the last connected party will be shown. In case of a call transfer, the name and the number associated with the the last connected party after the call transfer will be shown. For placed calls, the name and the number associated with the the last connected party will be shown. In case of a call transfer, the name associated with the the last connected party after the call transfer and the originally called number will be shown. |
Find a colleague's phone number |
Push on the "Dir" button, optionally select the desired directory, type the first letter, use the arrows and then press "Dial" |

Reboot the phone
To reboot the Polycom IP330 and IP331:
Press the - button, + button, speaker button and hold button at the same time for about 5 second, and the phone will reboot.
Factory reset
Navigate to: Menu > Settings > Advanced > (456) > Admin Settings > Reset to default > Reset Local Config
Navigate to: Menu > Settings > Advanced > (456) > Admin Settings > Reset to default > Reset Device settings
