Polycom custom softkeys

Application goals

• This document describes how to configure the custom softkeys in the Polycom resources

Application implementation

• Requires at least version 3.5 of the Polycom resources
• Currently only speeddial softkeys are supported

Detailed Application Example

• Enable the custom softkey dropdown box in the resource
• Configure the softkey desired softkeys. The configuration is self-explanatory.
• The label can be anything, but remember the physical restriction of the Polycom display (don't use labels that don't fit the screen).
• Action can currently only be an extension you could dial on the phone (e.g. 0026860909).
