1.Using the phone

1.1 Call someone, Receive a call.

You want to... Then ... To end the call...
Call using the handset Lift the handset and compose the number hangup the handset
Call using the speakers Press the speaker button et compose the number Press on the Speaker button
Redial the last called number Lift the handset or press the speaker button, then press redial Hangup or press the speaker button if you where using the speaker
Answer a call with the handset Lift up the handset
Answer a call using the speakers Press the Speaker button
Ajust the volume of the speaker or the handset Press on the buttons + and -

1.2 Hold a call

You want to... Then ...
Put a call on hold Press the hold button
Resume a call on hold Press the Resume softkey
Select a call on hold or to resume Cycle through the calls using the arrow up/down buttons.

1.3 Transfer a call

You want to ... Then ...
Attended transfer Answer the call, press on Transfer (the other party will be put on hold). Compose the number where you want to transfer the call, then press dial. If the person accepts the transfer , press again on Transfer
Blind transfer Answer the call, press on Transfer (the other party will be put on hold). Compose the number where you want to transfer the call, then press dial, then immediately press Transfer.

1.4 Establish a conference call.

On a single line, 3 persons call participate in a standard conference call.

Start a conference call when you are already in a call Press on the more softkey, then the Confrn softkey, compose the number of the third person, then press dial. If the other person accept press of Confrn again.

1.5 Using your voicemail, showing call history.

You want to... Then ...
Know if you have a new voicemail Check if the red light is flashing on your handset.
Listen to your voicemail messages. Press on the messages button and follow the instructions.
Check call history Press on the Directory button
Call someone listed in the call history Sélectionnez the number in the list using the up/down buttons, then press Dial

1.6 Fonctions CallForward, DoNotDisturb and InternalDocs.CallPickUp

You want to... Then ...
Activate Do Not Disturb function Press on the DND softkey
Disable Do Not Disturb function Press on the DND softkey again
Activate CallForward fonction Press on CFwdAll, enter the extension where you want the call to be forwarded, the press on dial (A message "Forwarded to ..." will be show on the main screen)
Disable Callforward function Press on CFwdAll again (the message Forwarded to ... is not displayed anymore)
To answer a call of a person in the same group of yours Call *8
