1. Phone diagram

If you want...	Then...
To (un)mute the microphone during an ongoing call	Press the mute toggle key
To adjust the call volume (speaker & handset)	Move the VOL slider (located on the side of the phone) to one of the three positions: LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH
To adjust the ring volume (speaker only)	Move the RINGER slider (located on the side of the phone) to one of the three positions: LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH

If you want...	Then...
To quickly call one of the memorized numbers	Press one of the three speed dials
To call a new number with the handset	Pick up the handset ► dial the number with the dial pad ► press the (re)dial key
To call a new number in "hands-free" mode	Press the speaker toggle key ► dial the number with the dial pad ► press the (re)dial key
To call the last dialed number with the handset	Pick up the handset ► press the (re)dial key
To call the last dialed number in "hands-free" mode	Press the speaker toggle key ► press the (re)dial key
To answer an incoming call with the handset	Pick up the handset
To answer an incoming call in "hands-free" mode	Press the speaker toggle key
To hang up any ongoing call with the handset	Hang up the handset
To hang up any ongoing call in "hands-free" mode	Press the speaker toggle key

If you want...	Then...
To put a ongoing call on hold	Press the toggle call waiting key
To take back a waiting call	Press the toggle call waiting key
To answer another incoming call during an ongoing call	Press the toggle call waiting key (puts the 1st call on hold & answers the 2nd one)
To call another number during an ongoing call	Press the toggle call waiting key ► Dial the number with the dial pad ► press the (re)dial key
