Administrators will learn basic tasks like adding and modifying users and phones. In addition, they will get an in-depth overview of the architecture and powerful callflow system that is used to modify and add services and functionality.

Learning objective
The training builds on the administrator training on all levels. At the end of the training, participants are able to independently manage a large multi-site deployment in all its aspects, as well as the integration with other ICT software and components.

Application Integration (API) training
Target audience
Administrators of end-customers.
Trainig pre-requisite
Having followed the Advanced Administrator Training.
Learning objective
Participants will continue to study the solution's application programmers' interface (API) and other aspects of the solution that are oriented towards the integration of the solution in an ICT environment. After the training, the participant is able to independently program both his ESCAUX UCS solution as well as his existing ICT applications to interface with each other.
