Description
A tower appliance that can serve as dedicated gateway or as gateway + application server combo.
It's also used on small remote sites of organisations that already have an Edge appliance e.g. at the headquarters. This office appliance provides local connectivity in case of setups with centralised telephony connectivity. The office appliance offers full local functionality, so everything is guaranteed to work in case of a disconnection with the central site. At the same time, the office appliance is configured together with all the other appliances in a consolidated way using the SMP (in case of the Corporate Edition).
