Description
This is the project module of the net.Console X900. To be complete, the offer also needs to contain a user license for each user with net.Console X900.
Note that X900 is only supported when it runs on 2 different machines dedicated to run only net.Console.
The net.Console client is a fully featured console for receptionists and telephone attendants. It integrates a unified directory in an easy to use telephony control system. The directory function can look up the name of a caller in a variety of databases and CRMs and show it on screen. While in a conversation, the attendant can dispatch calls with a click of the mouse. net.Console allows several attendants to work together to dispatch incoming calls. It can be set up to handle calls for a single number, or to handle calls of several numbers together. If the project needs at least one operator console, add one here.
net.Console X900 adds redundancy (continued operation even in case of hardware defects of an appliance) and the following user operations:
- Directed park: parking a call on an extension
- Camp-on: waiting for a line to become free
- Chained calls: after transferring, when the person the call was transferred to hangs up, the call returns to the same receptionist who transferred the call.
