Description
This is the project module of the net.Supervisor. To be complete, the offer also needs to contain a user license for each user with net.Supervisor.
The net.Supervisor client gives the supervisor of a call center full control over his team. The client offers a fully configurable overview of statistics and facts: it can show the active agents, the average and maximum number of waiting callers, the average and maximum waiting times, and so on. The supervisor can set alarms that will warn him when certain parameters exceed a boundary value. In that way, he can proactively track the performance of his team and take measures before problems arise. If the project has at least one supervisor of a call center, add one here.
You also need a net.Supervisor user license for each user:
