Description
This is the project module of the net.Desktop X300 . To be complete, the offer also needs to contain a user license for each user with net.Desktop X300.
The net.Desktop client offers a graphical user interface (GUI) for unified communication. The client is built up around a unified directory that shows all the users of the telephony system. For each of these users, the GUI shows if the he is on the phone or not, and which status he has put himself in. This status shows the actual working mode (in the office, teleworking, in a meeting, on holiday, ...) and tells the telephony system how to handle calls. The unified directory also allows advanced searches in any database that the system can access. This makes it easy to look up contacts in your Outlook or Notes contacts, your CRM and other databases simultaneously. Aside from starting a phone call with your contacts, the net.Desktop client allows you to send an e-mail, ... You can access fax and voice mail messages and integrate your cell phone and softphone easily into your work flow. If the project has at least one user of net.Desktop X300, add one here.
